C:PORT has licensed Millwrights, licensed Electricians, and Certified Electronic Technicians on call 24 hours a day. Our multi-disciplinary workforce allows us to solve the complex electro-mechanical problems that surface in today's state-of-the-art automated factory. Oftentimes, our broad range of expertise allow us to perform component level troubleshooting of electronic boards, leading to on-site repair, saving time and money. As an option, they can be forwarded for repair to our lab for quick turn around. Some of the controls and drives we are familiar with include:

Retrofits of Existing Machine Tools

With older machine tools, they are often mechanically fit whilst electronically obsolete. It may be advantageous to replace some or all of the electronics with modern equipment. C:PORT has had many years of experience retrofitting older equipment with new input/output, spindle or servo drives, or even complete new electronic packages. Often these can be configured off site to minimize downtime while your old controller continues production.
